Katarina Pogačnik has over 20 years of experience in sustainable development. She pioneered the Energy-Climate Atlas of Slovenia, a digital platform for cities to transition to low-carbon practices. As part of the EU Mission CNSC, her team, along with city representatives and other stakeholders, developed the Climate City Contract for the City of Ljubljana, aiming for climate neutrality by 2030 while exploring AI solutions for urban climate resilience.
